Open Door Biker Church Food Pantry
Notes:

The Open Door Church is actively seeking donations of food and food products to be given to the needy and homeless in our community. Any food that you would be willing to donate would be covered under the Good Samaritan Act. The Federal Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act was signed into effect on October 1, 1996 by President Clinton to encourage donation of food and grocery products to non-profit organizations for distribution to individuals in need. This law protects you from liability, both civil and criminal, as well as provides you with a tax deduction for dontations to a non-profit organization, among other things. We thank you for your consideration in helping us to help others. We pray that God will bless you and reward you in the same manner.
