Hudson Valley Community Services offers a wide variety of services and support for people with chronic conditions or those at high risk for conditions such as HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or hepatitis C. Our staff can connect you to any services you need or refer you to helpful resources. We invite you to browse this website’s “Services Offered” tab for overviews of our programs.
