<p>The Laredo Regional Food Bank, Inc. mission is to eliminate hunger in the community among the many unemployed, underemployed and needy in the area.&nbsp; The Laredo Regional Food Bank also strives to create awareness in the community about the issue of hunger, working towards eliminating food waste in the food chain and distributing food to the needy in our community through a network of pantries.&nbsp; As the county&#39;s pioneer pantry source, the Laredo Regional Food Bank was established to address the issue of hunger among the needy in our area.&nbsp; The food bank has, since 1983, been a driving force against hunger, functioning as a distributor of mass quantities of food that eventually reach individuals in need.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
