Accessibility InformationThe HOPE clinics are held every week, alternating between Burnsville and Rosemount. On the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month, the clinic are held at the Rosemount Resource Center from 10 am to Noon. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, the clinic are held at the Burnsville Resource Center from 2 pm to 4 pm.
If you or someone you know would like to attend a HOPE Clinic, please call to set up an appointment Monday through Friday, between 9 am – 3:30 pm. For Burnsville, call (952) 985-5300. For Rosemount, call (651) 322-5113.
