Guidelines We ask that you please wear a face mask when visiting the food pantry. No appointment is needed. Bring one form of identification each time you visit the Food Pantry. Families living in the 14424 zip code may visit once every two weeks. Families living outside the 14424 zip code may visit once every four weeks. Families from other counties may receive food only once and will be referred to a pantry in their county of residence. FOOD PANTRY: WEATHER RELATED ​ CCIA will close the food pantry when the Canandaigua School District Closes in the event of severe winter storms or when severe weather is predicted. For the safety of our volunteers and guests, the Food Pantry may also close during other weather related times. FOOD PANTRY HOLIDAY CLOSINGS CCIA will close the food pantry at both locations during several of the holiday seasons. CCIA will post these closing in advance at the food pantry and on our website.
