Montgomery County Food Not Bombs
Program Type Description:
Community Mutual Aid
MISSION STATEMENT:
Food Not Bombs is an international movement of autonomous and leaderless chapters serving food that would otherwise be discarded. Our servings are in protest of the capitalist system that deprives our communities of food, and our government that is only concerned with maintaining its military power. In order to provide food for our community, we must take action into our own hands. Join us at our servings to get free groceries, snacks, and hot vegetarian meals. All are welcome, no matter socioeconomic status or ethnicity. There is food for everyone!
