Notes:
All pantries are now PRE-BOXING food and will not allow shopping.
All pantries have a designated area food box pickup and cannot allow pantry customers into the pantry.
Pantries are providing food for an extended period of time, whenever possible, to reduce customer visits to pantry.
Please be patient and read all signage at pantry entrances, which is provided for guidance and instruction.
FOOD DONATIONS:
Our needs for canned foods, boxed foods, bagged foods, cereals, etc., remains the same, please donate! We have high need for cereal, chicken and hamburger!
Due to limited staffing, donate only on days your pantry is open and contact the pantry to make arrangements for drop off in a safe and responsible manner.

HOMELESS ASSISTANCE (Essential/Critical)
All homeless assistance services continue to be provided, although our staff have limited in-person services. Questions and inquiries should be directed to 608-935-2326 x203. If not answered, please leave a detailed voicemail with contact information.
Effective March 27, 2020, Governor Evers has ordered a 60-day ban on evictions and foreclosures: Executive Order #15
LIFT RIDES (Essential/Critical)
As of 5/26/2020: All service delivery is based on driver availability and prioritized in the following order:
- Life essential rides…medical/groceries/medicine
- Non-Essential Medical appointments
- Work rides
Riders should handle their own personal bags and belongings during pick-up and drop-off except in cases where special accommodations apply.
Drivers and passengers should keep a distance of at least 6 feet from each other outside the vehicle.
Riders and escorts will be required to wear masks (masks will be given to passenger and escorts if they do not have one).
Riders will need to sit in the back seat and 6 feet apart as much as possible, unless special accommodations are needed.
Dispatchers will screen riders, denying ride to anyone who answers “Yes” to any of 4 questions both at ride set up and ride reminder times:
1. Have you or someone with whom you’ve been in close contact traveled to a known hotspot within the last 14 days?
2. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
3. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, new respiratory illness, new difficulty breathing, loss of taste and smell)?
4. Have you tested positive for the coronavirus in past 14 days?

COMMUNITY TREASURES THRIFT STORES
Our thrift stores in Boscobel and Dodgeville are closed as of March 14, 2020. We hope to reopen on April 6, 2020. Neither store is taking donations at this time. If you have donation items, please hang on to them until after this COVID-19 outbreak passes and the stores reopen.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS FREE CLINIC
The clinic is closed for the period of 3/16/2020 through 3/31/2020. Clinic staff are available from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday through Friday, via phone or email. Questions and inquiries should be directed to (608)930-2232.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS
PARTNERSHIP: In-person meetings have been cancelled or moved to webinar/call format, where possible. Staff are working remotely and remain accessible via phone and email. The partnership recently rolled out their SW WI Network of Care, a comprehensive online resource full of community-level resources to help identify and address mental health and addiction issues. You can also take a tour of the site via this tutorial video.

FOSTER GRANDPARENT PROGRAM

HEAD START & EARLY HEAD START
As of 3/17/2020, all Head Start and Early Head Start classes and home visits have been temporarily suspended, in conjunction with WI K-12 schools being suspended indefinitely. Head Start administrative staff are working remotely. All Head Start and Early Head Start sites are closed, with no public or participant access allowed.
