The Help Center at Guiding Light Church
Program Type Description:
Non-Perishable Food Box Distribution, food pantry, cooked food distribution
MISSION STATEMENT:
Guiding Light’s mission is to encourage Christian discipleship and to become a beacon light for lost souls. We endeavor to accomplish this by witnessing, fellowship, teaching and preaching the uncompromised Word of God.
Our "Help Center" provides impoverished communities with access to computers, education and training in order to eradicate poverty. In addition to providing food to alleviate hunger. We endeavor to continue accomplishing these missions by being a beacon light for the communities and providing the means necessary free of charge.
Notes:
We are located in a rural town community of DeQuincy, but there are smaller communities surrounding us (Starks, Singer, Ragley...) that also receive food distributions from us.
