Pastor Bill has been active in ministry for over fifteen years. Together withis wife Debbid, he founded Crossroads to Recovery in Bakersfield, Ca in 2006.Pastor Woods and CTR are a force for Christ focused on reaching the lost and needy broken and abused. They feed the hungry every Tuesday and pass out food to those in need. It is apparent in the recent economy that there are more needy than there is food. Any donations would much be appreciated.
